As passionate athletes, we know how great it is to achieve successes in sports. At the same time it is not always easy to integrate sport into a busy everyday life. This is why we created MYU studios training plans which support you achieving your personal goals, whether it’s a new personal best (PB) on the 5K, 10K or half marathon distance or your main goal is to maintain/improve your overall fitness level. We include all our great on-demand workouts as well as yoga flows into our training plans which are created by competitive athletes and sports scientists.
