About Mona.

Mona, the founder of MYU studios lives for sport. She competed in road races as a child and started to play football when she was 8 years old. She played football professionally for over 10 years before she switched to track & field back in 2015.

With over 15 years of experience in professional sports she then started her Instagram channel @trackingmona back in 2018, were she began to share her love for running, nutrition and everyday life. Her passion became her job and in the beginning of 2021 she decided to create even more valuable content for her followers. With MYU studios she created a home base for runners, yogis and everybody who likes to stay active.

Mona finished her Bachelor’s degree in economics before she decided to start a master’s program at the Donau University Krems in nutrition & sports. She is an athlete, student and business woman and with MYU studios she wants to inspire, motivate and support people to live a healthier and happier life through the power of sports, movement, nutrition and a positive mindset.

Our trainers.

  • MONA

    Mona and her team will be responsible for running specific content, fitness and strength workouts and the creation of training plans which you can purchase on our website.

  • ILO

    Ilo is the yogi of our MYU studios family. She will guide you through dynamic flows, yoga inspired workouts, running specific yoga stretches and mobility.
